The Roastery
Discover the taste of perfection, born in the flames of our coffee roaster. We proudly roast our own coffee beans in downtown Tacoma. The roastery building houses a private collection of classic cars in the main room and a shiny 25lb San Franciscan coffee roaster in our production space. Our coffee stock is constantly changing, and we source organic, fair-trade, single-origin beans from all over the world.
